Cancellation Policy

If a Private Coaching discussion does not conclude by the end of the session, clients are offered the choice to extend the session for an overtime charge (if the coach’s schedule allows) or pause to continue the discussion at the following appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled without at least 24-hours notice of appointment will be charged at the full rate. We understand that emergencies happen and will access these on a case-by-case basis.
