1. Fear of the Unknown
This challenge is the intense anxiety that arises from a lack of information or control over an uncertain future. You may notice yourself worrying about "what ifs," playing out worst-case scenarios, or feeling uneasy when outcomes aren't clear. During times of change, your mind might crave clarity and reassurance that simply isn't available yet. This fear often shows up as overthinking, hesitation to take new steps, or difficulty trusting the process.
You don't have to have all the answers right now — and if you're honest, you probably already knew that. What's harder is sitting in the not knowing without it feeling unsafe.
Here's a question worth sitting with: when you imagine the version of you who's already through this season, what does she know that you don't know yet?
If fear of the unknown is where you find yourself, I'd love to talk. Not to hand you a plan or tell you what to do next — that's not what coaching is. I'd love to offer you a complimentary call where you can think out loud, and I get to listen. Sometimes naming the fear out loud to someone who isn't trying to fix it is the thing that shrinks it.

A coaching call isn't a diagnosis or a to-do list — it's a conversation with someone walking beside you, not ahead of you.
